- 1. For slushie/smoothie products containing particulates (e.g., fruit pieces, oats, chia seeds) that require freezing or refrigeration, recommend high-puncture-resistance and low-temperature-resistant material structures.
- 2. Provide wide-diameter spouts (8–12 mm) to allow fruit pieces to pass through smoothly without clogging, ensuring easy consumption of particulates in the slushie.
- 3. Support capacities from 150ml to 500ml, with bag options including stand-up pouches with bottom gussets, flat pouches, or four-side sealed square pouches. Printing supports high-definition gravure printing, matte/glossy lamination, transparent windows, and other processes.
- 4. Offer mold development services for wide-diameter spouts and specialized caps, and ensure that the pouches are compatible with either frozen filling processes or ambient filling followed by freezing. Provide low-temperature performance test reports.
- 5. Products comply with international standards such as FDA, BRC, and ISO 9001, and can provide compliance documentation required for customs clearance.
The company boasts a 40,000 m² production base, a 10,000 m² dedicated clean workshop, and a team of over 300 employees. Our equipment includes 3 high-speed printing presses, 3 high-speed dry laminators, 1 solventless laminator, 10 high-speed bag-making machines, and automated tube-making equipment, with a daily output capacity of over 2 million stand-up pouches — demonstrating strong production and delivery capabilities.
